Ingredients:

Half and Half (room temperature) 2 cups
Broccoli Florets, chopped 2 cups
Cauliflower Florets, chopped 2 cups
Carrot, shredded 1 large
Dijon Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
Cheddar Cheese, grated 2 cups
Kosher Salt To taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the Aromatics (3-4 minutes):

    • In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium heat.

  6. Add Half and Half (2 minutes):
