A refreshing treat perfect for a hot day! These homemade popsicles combine the sweetness of strawberries with a creamy base for a delightful dessert.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 2 cups
Granulated sugar 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Heavy cream 1 cup
Whole milk 1/2 cup
Sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare strawberry mixture: Blend strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. For a smoother texture, optionally strain.
  2. Prepare cream mixture: Whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Assemble popsicles: Alternate layers of strawberry and cream mixtures in popsicle molds. Insert sticks.
  4. Freeze: Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve: Run molds under warm water to release popsicles. Enjoy!

Tip: For a marbled effect, gently swirl the layers with a skewer before freezing.
