Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Filling: Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess grease. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until softened. Stir in salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, ketchup, and barbecue sauce.
