BREAKING: President Trump Makes Huge Move Immediately After Being Sworn in
Minutes after President Donald Trump’s inaugural address, the CBP One app, a tool exploited by the Biden administration to usher nearly a million illegal aliens into the United States, underwent sweeping changes. As of now, the app no longer facilitates blanket humanitarian parole for undocumented migrants.
Instead, it returns to its original purpose of aiding legitimate travelers with services like checking border wait times and requesting agricultural inspections.
Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, who has spent the past four years covering the southern border crisis, first uncovered the significant changes. A notice on the Customs and Border Protection site confirmed the update:
“Effective January 20, 2025, the functionalities of CBP One™ that previously allowed undocumented aliens to submit advance information and schedule appointments at eight southwest border ports of entry is no longer available, and existing appointments have been canceled.”
The Biden administration’s abuse of the app had allowed more than 800,000 migrants to secure appointments for entry into the U.S. by September 2024. Most were paroled into the country under two-year grants of humanitarian parole, enabling them to apply for work authorization.Trump’s decisive action has brought this program to an abrupt end, canceling all pending appointments and halting what many have called an open-border policy disguised as a technological innovation.
In addition to dismantling the app’s migrant appointment system, the CHNV (Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela) migrant flights program is reportedly next on Trump’s agenda. Under Biden, 462,000 migrants were flown directly into the U.S. under the CHNV Parole program—a scheme critics labeled as a ploy to import future Democrat voters.
The numbers are staggering. New Customs and Border Protection data reveal that over 1 million illegal aliens entered the U.S. through so-called “lawful pathways” established by the Biden regime.
This total excludes the estimated 10 to 15 million illegal aliens who have crossed the border unlawfully during Biden’s tenure. Of the million admitted, 636,000 used the CBP One app, while 462,000 arrived via the CHNV program.
Trump’s administration has characterized these programs as a direct violation of the U.S. Constitution’s Article IV, Section 4, which guarantees protection against invasion.
Under the Biden-Harris regime, the Department of Homeland Security failed to monitor these migrants, allowing many to overstay their permitted time without consequence. Trump’s immediate action signals a return to the rule of law and a commitment to border security.
Biden’s legacy on immigration is defined by chaos. During his first 100 days, he issued 94 executive actions dismantling border protections. His administration’s policies have facilitated an invasion, betraying the constitutional duty to protect American states from external threats.President Trump’s bold leadership has brought hope to millions of Americans who have witnessed the erosion of national sovereignty under Biden. By restoring the integrity of the CBP One app and targeting other programs that enable illegal immigration, Trump is taking decisive steps to end the border crisis.
As he promised during his inaugural address, “America is back, and we will defend our borders like never before.”
