Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients: Slice potatoes, chop onion, and shred cheese.
- Cook Ground Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Sauté Onion: In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion until soft.
