This classic egg roll stir fry is a flavorful and satisfying dish that’s easy to make at home. The combination of ground beef, crisp vegetables, and savory sauce creates a delicious meal that’s perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ground beef 1.5 pounds
Soy sauce 1/4 cup
Chopped onion 1 cup
Shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix) 1 bag
Shredded carrots 1/2 cup
Minced garlic 3 teaspoons
Ginger paste 2 teaspoons
Sesame oil 2 tablespoons
Green onions, for garnish As desired

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ground beef: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Sauté the vegetables: Add remaining sesame oil to the skillet. Sauté onion until softened. Add minced garlic and ginger paste, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage and carrots: Stir in shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender and slightly wilted.
  4. Combine and season: Return cooked ground beef to the skillet. Pour in soy sauce and stir to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish and serve: Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot on its own or over rice or noodles.
