This Perfect Corn Casserole is a breeze to make and delivers a creamy, comforting side dish bursting with corn flavor. It’s perfect for potlucks, barbecues, or alongside your favorite main course.
Ingredients:

| Jiffy cornbread mix | 1 box | 
| Cream corn | 1 can (14.75 oz) | 
| Whole kernel corn | 1 can (15.25 oz), drained | 
| Eggs | 2 large | 
| Butter | 1 stick (8 oz), melted | 
| Sour cream | 1 cup | 
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Jiffy cornbread mix, cream corn, drained whole kernel corn, eggs, and melted butter.
- Stir in the sour cream until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
