This decadent caramel cream cheese bread is a sweet and indulgent treat that’s perfect for any occasion. The rich cream cheese combined with the gooey caramel creates a delicious flavor that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Flour 2 cups
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Unsalted butter (room temperature) 1 cup (2 sticks)
Cream cheese (room temperature) 1 (8 oz.) package
Eggs (room temperature) 4 eggs
Caramel topping 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1 1/2 teaspoons
Cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoons
Baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease loaf pans: Lightly grease two 9×5 inch loaf pans with butter or nonstick spray.
  3. Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar: In a large bowl or mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  7. Layer batter and caramel: Pour ¼ of the batter into each loaf pan. Spoon ¼ cup caramel topping onto the batter and swirl, keeping it away from the edges. Add the remaining batter on top.
  8. Bake: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool and serve: Remove from oven and let cool before serving. Enjoy!
