Instructions:
- Prepare strawberry mixture: Blend strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. For a smoother texture, optionally strain.
- Prepare cream mixture: Whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Assemble popsicles: Alternate layers of strawberry and cream mixtures in popsicle molds. Insert sticks.
