These fluffy and delicious baked apple fritters are a perfect breakfast or dessert treat. The sweet apples and warm cinnamon combine to create a delightful flavor that is sure to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour 2 cups
Granulated sugar 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons
Whole milk 1/2 cup
Large eggs 2
Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
Diced apples 2 cups
Melted butter 2 tablespoons
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Milk 2-3 tablespoons
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the diced apples and melted butter until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
